You remember the cute Mama Bear stealing dumpsters in Colorado Springs? Well, we ate at Edelweiss tonight so you wouldn't have to. The owner mitigated the potential Yogi Bear syndrome by chaining the dumpsters securely to a fence. As you can see they are quite safe.

I saw they had some bad flooding around Manitou Springs. Was that in the burn scar area?

A 53 year old man and a 15 year old girl perished. The man go out of his car and the mud took him away apparently. The girl hid under a bridge and was carried away. Flash flooding is nothing to underestimate.

I've eaten there. Wasn't too impressed. But yeah, lived there for a few years, and moving from michigan, was surprised to see my share of wildlife on property.
